Belgrade’s Arena closed for another six months, finishing works, €7m

Following the first season of concerts and games, Sports Center Arena will be closed for another six months.

In that period, all remaining works on installation of technological equipment for boxes, kitchen and restaurants will be carried out, as well as the works on installation of audio system, media cube with screens, trim section and fire-fighting system.

All these works will cost about €7m.

Since the beginning of construction in 1992, about €60m have been invested in Arena. The fee for rental on one day for the recent events amounted to about 1.8 million CSD.
