Inway Zemun bought over 25% of stocks of company Milan Blagojević Smederevo, what is next ?
Zemun’s company “Inway” managed to gather more than 25 % of shares of the company for the production of home appliances “Milan Blagojevic” from Smederevo.
The deadline for issuing the orders for the sale of shares of “Milan Blagojevic” expired yesterday so the official data about the number of purchased shares will be published in three days; however, according to data of the brokerage house “M&V Investment”, it is certain that the offer of “Inway” has succeeded.
In October, “Inway” made the offer for the takeover of at least 25 % of shares of “Milan Blagojevic” at the price of 2.000 dinars per share. The nominal value of shares of “Milan Blagojevic” was 600 dinars and the last price of this company’s shares achieved at Belgrade Stock Exchange was 1.801 dinars.
The state owns 23,69 % of shares of Smederevo’s factory while remaining 76 % of shares belong to minor shareholders. “Inway” already owns 5,96 % of shares of “Milan Blagojevic” so with the takeover of 25 % of shares it would become the owner of 30,93 % of this company’s capital.
Recently, Inway became majority owner of Vital from Vrbas and it had also bought Kruševac-based Rubin. That company, owned by Predrag Ranković Peconi, which was famous by cigarettes Fast, obtained license for cigarette production in Serbia in 2004.
