HTEC Group Planning New Acquisitions in the Region

HTEC Group, one of the leading regional companies in the field of consulting services and services of technology development, is recording its most successful year ever. The company, headquartered in San Francisco and featuring development centers in Serbia and B&H tripled its capacities this year and expanded its presence to new geographic territories.

Since its founding in 2008, HTEC is helping companies digitize their business and develop innovative technologies thanks to which they penetrate new markets, the press release says.

Due to the growth of the scope of their business, in order to meet the needs of the clients for HTEC services, the company acquired the Novi Sad-based IT company Execom in August.

The company has over 600 employees in its technological centers in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis and Banjaluka, as well as in local representations in San Francisco, Minneapolis, London, Gothenburg, Stockholm and Oosterbeek.

After the successfully completed 2020, with a tripled team and expertise in various industries such as high technologies, medicine, transport, retail and distribution, finance and banking, media and entertainment, green energy, laboratory instruments and others, the company is already planning new acquisitions in the region and the positioning as one of the global leaders in the fields of digital transformation and development of innovative technologies.

– In late 2019, we discussed the ten-fold growth that we wanted to realize in the next five years, with a strong ambition to bring the company to the public listing of the NYSE. This year, we have already realized a triple growth, but we are continuing toward the final goal – said Aleksandar Cabrilo, the company’s CEO.
