Hotel Olga Dedijer on Kopaonik Put up for Sale – Value Estimated at EUR 2.1 Million

The agency Recreatours a.d. Beograd has put Hotel Olga Dedijer on Kopaonik up for sale at the minimal estimated value of EUR 2,150,000. Bids may be submitted by January 3.

Hotel Olga Dedijer is located in the central zone of Kopaonik, at an altitude of 1,700 meters and is built in a modern mountain style.

According to the agency’s website, the hotel has 232 beds in rooms with two or three beds, a restaurant with 300 seats, an aperitif and snack bar, a discotheque, a pizza place, a trim cabinet and a shop.

The invitation emphasizes that eight rooms in the hotel are owned by natural persons and that they are not included in the offer.

Let us remind that Recreatours also invited non-binding bids for Hotel Olga Dedijer last September, through a public invitation. The initial price at the time was EUR 2.5 million.
