AIGO to Become Commercial User of State Data Center in Kragujevac

The director of the Office for IT and eGovernment, Dr Mihailo Jovanovic, and the president of AIGO, Dragan Popovic, have signed an agreement on the moving in of the equipment, whereby this IT company is becoming the third commercial user of the State Data Center in Kragujevac.

The aim of the construction of this data center is to upgrade the system of electronic business, use of the most modern ICT capacities in providing the service to the users, reduction of risk of loss of data of great importance and the development and support to the efforts toward the development of digital transformation in Serbia.

– The continuity of the processes, reliability and safety of data, apps and services, depend on the IT infrastructure that supports them. That is why the choice of the optimal data center is more than an investment in technology. It is a project which directly influences the future and security of any company’s business – Dragan Popovic.

Due to the increasingly complex demands of our users, to which we provide services of vital importance for their business and which need “high availability”, we hereby provide even better IT solutions, which enable stable business operations and a secure functioning of all services 99.999999% of the time. The first state platform for artificial intelligence, which will be available to the state, local self-government, but also universities, science-technology parks and startups, will also be located in the State Data Center in Kragujevac. With the signing of this agreement on the construction of the secondary State Data Center, AIGO is setting the foundations for the future today. It thereby also gives an example to other companies to take part and secure their business.
