Parcel in Block 41a in New Belgrade Ready for Investors – Location Meant for Commercial Features

A parcel in Block 41a in New Belgrade is ready for being allocated to interested investors. The parcel is located between UMP and the railway, in the southern part of Block 41a.

According to the website of the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, the location is meant for the construction of commercial features, as residential building is not allowed on it.

The parcel has an area of 2,547 m2, and the maximum height of the facilities is 12 meters, meaning that the facilities can have three floors (two floors + a loft, or three regular floors), including the ground floor.

The plan of the location is defined by the General Regulation Plan of the construction area of the local self-government unit seat.

Among the locations that the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has also prepared for investors are a location along Branka Radicevica Street in Lazarevac, meant for residence and commercial activities, two parcels in Batajnica, meant for individual housing, and a location in Zemun, in the Kamendin settlement, of the same purpose.
