Erste bank bought 95.6% of stocks of Novosadska banka

Austrian Erste bank has become owner of 95.6% of stocks of Novosadska banka. According to the announcement of Erste Bank, the bank bought 83.3% of stocks of Novosadska Bank from the
Agency for Deposit Insurance and REhabilitation of Banks. Also, prior to November 7, the bank purchased another 49,346 stocks or 12.3% of stocks of minor stockholders. In the following six months, Erste bank plans to use its right to buy remaining 4.4% of stocks of minor stockholders of Novosadska Bank. The offered price of 218.98 EUR per stock will be identical to the offered in the recently completed transaction.
