“Industrial Town” Being Raised between Stara Pazova and Nova Pazova – What is to be Built in the Location That Investors are Already Interested In

The area between Stara Pazova and Nova Pazova, according to the Detailed Regulation Plan, is meant for the development of the Multifunctional Business Zone North. The good location and characteristics make this area attractive to all investors in production activities, wholesale, goods storage, provision of services etc. With an area of around 293.82 ha, it is spacious enough for an “industrial town” to be formed within it, meant primarily for business and featuring commercial, sports and recreation functions. The subject of the development of the DRP is the area in its northeast section, according to the plan that the municipality of Stara Pazova has put up for early public review.

– Defining the need of the preparation of the Detailed Regulation Plan is a result of the exceptional interest from potential investors and owners of the parcel covered by the plan – the document says.

The area covered by the plan is largely agricultural land, which will be repurposed through this plan. The plan will define construction land, determine regulation and level lines and the dominant purpose of the areas.
