What has been Sold During Bankruptcy Proceedings at Azotara Pancevo, and What Still Remains on the Property List

Since 2018, when Azotara Pancevo, the largest producer of artificial fertilizers and the only producer of ammonia in Serbia, entered bankruptcy proceedings and stopped producing, several dozen sales have been carried out according to the data available on the website of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency (ALSU).

There have been 37 direct sales – carried out through direct bidding. This pertains to the sale of ammonia, scrap iron, raw materials, secondary raw materials, UAN fertilizer...

In direct procedures, UAN has been sold six times and ammonia nine times.

According to ALSU data, HIP Azotara in bankruptcy still has 2,652 items on the property list.

This includes 324 buildings, 2,301 pieces of equipment, two land parcels, a stock of 11 items and 12 vehicles.
