Successful appearance of Vojvodina's delegation before Japanese companies in Czech Republic
The Deputy Prime Minister of AP Vojvodina and the Provincial Secretary of Economy, Isztvan Pastor, and the CEO of VIP Fund, Branislav Bugarski, have introduced the Japanese entrepreneurs who operate in Czech Republic to the business terms and investment potentials of Vojvodina.
The presentation that was held on March 26th in the building of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Prague was attended by the representatives of 70 companies members of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce, including Toyota, Mitsubishi, Mitsui, Celco, Comco, Sumitomo and many others.
In addition to Japanese entrepreneurs, this business meeting was also attended by the representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia to Czech Republic, led by Ambassador Vladimir Vereš.
The presentation of the investment potentials of AP Vojvodina to the Japanese Chamber of Commerce in Prague was organized by VIP Fund and the Japanese Investors Advisory Council - JIAC.
There are 270 Japanese companies in Czech Republic, about 120 of which are members of local Japanese Chamber of Commerce. Majority of these companies deal in the area of accompanying automotive industry.
There are, currently, four Japanese companies in Serbia: Japan Tobacco International, Asahi Brewery and Mitsui in Vojvodina and Mitsubishi with the headquarters in Belgrade.
