Law firm Kinstellar opened branch office in Belgrade - Branislav Marić as new partner
Kinstellar, the leading regional law firm, which operates in the countries of central and east Europe, has opened its office in Belgrade and appointed lawyer Branislav Marić from Belgrade as its partner.
Opening of Kinstellar's office in Belgrade will additionally increase the company's capacity to satisfy the needs of the clients in the countries and regions of former Yugoslavia after the special team for Serbia was formed in early 2009. People on Kinstelar's team in Serbia have ran numerous big projects, including the advisory services for Telenor during its acquisition of Mobi 63, which was the biggest transaction in Serbia ever, and financing of the acquisition of Ab InBev's breweries in the region, which was the biggest transaction in central and southeast Europe in 2009.
The Belgrade-based office will be led by David Davies, the managing partner of the office and the head of the sector for corporate affairs and mergers and acquisitions – M&A. The managerial team will also include Lou Milicich, the Executive Director with 25 years of experience in the area of economic transactions and disputes, and Branislav Marić, one of the leading lawyers in Serbia who is appointed as a partner upon his arrival from the Belgrade-based office of one of the renowned regional law firms.
