Investment Plan for Western Balkans to be Presented Next Week

The European Commissioner for Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, should visit the countries of the region next week, including Serbia.

In Belgrade, he should present a report on Serbia's progress and the Economic-Investment Plan for the Western Balkans, the Tanjug learns from Brussels.

After the European Commission adopts and presents the so-called Enlargement Package and the Economic-Investment Plan for the Western Balkans in Brussels on October 6, Varhelyi should visit the countries of the region, including Serbia, and personally present the reports on the progress made and the investment package.

Varhelyi is expected to arrive in Belgrade on October 8.
