Competition for 9th generation of Young Leaders opens

The competition for the 9th generation of the Young Leaders program is open from September 7 to September 20 until midnight.

Delta Holding initiated the Young Leaders program eight years ago to give young, college-educated people with no work experience a chance to start their career in one of the most successful companies in the region

During the duration of the competition, interested candidates will be able to apply for a one-year paid program where young and talented people work and improve in different parts of Delta Holding’s business system and acquire additional skills. The most successful candidates will continue to work at the company after the program is finished.

– It is very important to us that during the Covid-19 crisis we managed to not only preserve our business activities, to keep our construction sites open but to also continue employing young, educated people. It matters not only to the company but to Serbia too because it's almost certain that a considerable number of them would go on to try their luck somewhere abroad, the Director of Human Resource Department at Delta Holding, Monika Pejcic, said.

The competition is open to all young citizens of Serbia who have recently graduated from any college or are near the end of the studies. Applications are possible only online at https://mladilideri.rs/konkurs/

So far more than 21,000 individuals applied for the program, 325 went through one-year training program and today up to 34 young people occupy leading positions in the company.
