Reconstruction of US Embassy Building in Dedinje – Seeking Architects

The Embassy of the United States in Belgrade has opened a tender for architectural services for the partial renovation of an existing residential building owned by the Embassy and located in Dedinje. The estimated construction cost will be between USD 250,000 and USD 500,000.

Firms responding to this announcement need to have specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required and to have demonstrated success on similar projects in terms of quality of work and compliance with performance schedules, cost/schedule controls and program/project management techniques.

As said, the Embassy will select for negotiation the licensed firm that demonstrates the best qualifications.
