American company for production of sponges Nylonge wishes to buy Viskoza's factory of lozofan

American corporation for production of sponge products started negotiations with holding company Viskoza Loznica on procurement of factory of lozofan. It was announced that the new factory could start the production of sponge cloth worth 10-20 million USD within one year, whereas the Americans would take on all obligations concerning solving of numerous ecological problems related to this production.

Nylonge is the third in the world in production of sponge materials based on cellulose. Several experts who left Loznica already work in that factory
