Company from Croatia New Owner of 50% of Hleb i kifle Baked Goods Store Chain

The new owner of 50% of the Serbian baking goods store chain Hleb i kifle is a company from Croatia, SEE Bakery International d.o.o, founded by the eponymous company from Luxembourg.

The remaining 46% belong to Hleb i kifle doo Beograd, whereas 4% belongs to Tamara Zujovic.

The Telegraf portal writes that SEE Bakery International d.o.o. has been operating since last year, and that the Croatian company was founded by the eponymous company from Luxembourg.

– Behind the Luxembourg company is actually the MID Europa fund. This British fund, which is very active in these areas, bought the famous Croatian baking giant Mlinar last year – the portal writes.
