Marera Property Management Acquires GP Nikolic – New Development Projects and Jobs in Kraljevo and Novi Sad

Marera Property Management, a company active in construction, development and management of commercial and public real estate, has realized the acquisition of GP Nikolic from Kraljevo, an expert in structural engineering with decades of experience in realizing infrastructural, industrial, residential and multipurpose facilities.

By including structural engineering in its existing portfolio of services, Marera Property Management will additionally strengthen its position in the market, and the investment entails the opening of an engineering center in Kraljevo, a new facility in Novi Sad, the creation of over 40 new jobs in both cities and the construction of around 200,000 square meters in the next five years, which will be realized by GP Nikolic.
