IRB and PREF Selling Million-worth Package Shares of RK Boska Banjaluka and Hercegovinaputevi – Another 28 Companies on the List

The Investment-Development Bank of Republika Srpska (IRB) and the Pension Reserve Fund of Republika Srpska (PREF) are organizing a joint sale of share packages of 30 issuers.

The sale will take place at the Banjaluka Stock Exchange by placing group “all or nothing” orders between August 25 and the realization of the sales order and no later than September 7, 2020, the Banjaluka Stock Exchange announced.

The most expensive packages are those of the department store RB Boska Banjaluka (1.23 million convertible marks) and Hercegovinaputevi from Trebinje (1.11 million convertible marks).

Slightly less expensive, at 943,346 convertible marks, is the share package of Hemijska industrija Destilacija from Teslic.
