Furniture factory Sloga Vladičin Han did not obtain new owner, bidder offered €57,999 for 17,500 square meters

The second tender for furniture factory Sloga Vladičin Han failed. The only candidate was four-member consortium made of businessman Vlajko Mitrović from Vladičin Han (the owner of motel Džep), Dunav Holding, American company Arizona and Belgrade-based Plis Unikum. For Sloga, which owns office space of 17,500 square meters, 2,200 square meters of which is size of Sloga’s trade center built in the 1980’s, the consortium offered price of €57,000 !
