Groom, we could steal something before the wedding?

Roman G. (22) from Saratov in Russia decided to rob a store only few hours before his own wedding in order to have more money for the ceremony. He was assisted by his best man, but the police found them and arrested only 30 minutes later.

The groom and his best man started to celebrate in a cafe from early morning. When the moment of the wedding ceremony got closer, they realized they had spent too much money, so that they decided to steal some. They were caught by the security cameras, so that the police had an easy task to find them.

Roman asked the police officers in the precinct to let him go to his wedding in order not to embarrass the bride and the patrol handcuffed and escorted both of them to the town hall. As soon as the wedding ceremony was over, they were returned to custody and may be sentenced to five years of prison.
