HP machine for digital printing Indigo Press 5000 at the Belgrade Fair

At the 27th Grafima, the International Fair of Printing and Paper Industry in Belgrade, at the stand of Hewlett-Packard (www.hp.com ), the digital printing machine, Indigo Press 5000, has been represented. This unique printer has been represented in the truck settled in front of the Hall 3. The interior of the truck was turned to small high-tech printing firm, which covers all aspects of the process, from printing to final processing.

There were two lectures organized every day at the stand and their themes were use of laser and inkjet printers and calibration of printing.

Belgrade is the fifth European city in which Indigo Press is represented in this way.

The ID card of Indigo Press 5000 is as follows: Dymensions of the printer 4 x 2.2 x 2 m, it weighs nearly 3 tons, 4,000 A4 pages in color per hour, 8,000 two-colored or one-colored, quality of printing 812x812 dpi, HP ELECTROINK technology that enables the highest printing quality, patented technology for paper manipulation, capacity of 5,500 blank and 6,000 printed pages, hardware platform with 2.8 GHZ Pentium processor, 160 GB HDD and 1 GB system memory, with installed XP Professional operative system.
