The bankruptcy supervisor has put the immovable property from the bankruptcy estate of the Beogradska Konfekcija Beko up for sale for the second time.

The property includes office space in Vrbac with the area of 545.30 m2 and estimated value of RSD 33.3 million.

The office space will be sold through public bidding procedure. The initial price is RSD 16.6 million.

The public bidding will be held on July 16, 2020.
