Voluntary Quarantine Application for Travelers from Serbia in Slovakia

Citizens and persons with a residential or a work visa coming from Serbia to Slovakia, must go in a home quarantine, the Slovakian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce reported the latest official information of the Government of the Republic of Slovakia.

Application for quarantine is voluntary, which means that, in entering Slovakia from Serbia, there is no control at the border. Instead people report voluntarily to the Health Institute with a negative coronavirus test, after which they go in a 5-day home quarantine. After that, they are once again tested for coronavirus, and if the results are negative, the quarantine ends – the Chamber says on its website.
