A significant step-up in the real estate market in Novi Sad – Two new acquisitions by Marera Properties

Today, the company Marera Properties issued a statement concerning two business acquisitions in Novi Sad, assessing that this move will contribute to the competitiveness of the domestic real estate market significantly.

By purchasing the industrial park “Pobeda”, Marera Properties becomes the owner of this type of real estate for the first time. On a total of 42 hectares of land, where the 75,000-square-meter industrial park is settled, the company plans to build 100,000 square meters of new facilities. The budget for the adaptation and renovation of the complex is 40 million euros.

The second piece of real estate purchased by Marera Properties, an A-category business center in Bulevar oslobođenja, will offer the company’s future clientele the opportunity to realize their full business potential. Within this new business center, built on an area of 10,000 square meters, the needs of MK Holding and ERSTE bank for office space were met and realized through a long-term lease.

The successful realization of these acquisitions in Novi Sad enabled the company to expand its portfolio into three different segments of the real estate market: office, retail, and industrial space.

For Marera Properties, this move also marked a notable growth in the total number of square meters in its portfolio, which currently amounts to about 150,000 square meters.
