Eight bidders for privatization councillor for Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS)
Privatization Agency has announced that the Commission for public procurement of consulting services for selection of privatization councillor for Public Company Petroleum Industry of Serbia had made the decision at the meeting held on October 24 that it could accept qualifications of eight bidders in the first phase of restrictive procedure.
The list contains following companies: consortium G.P. Morgan, MEKKINSI, EKI investment, Synergy capital, Delloite, Simons and Simons and Karison Solicitors, consortium Morgan Stanley and Citadel financial advisory, consortium CSP Consult and Strategy, Deutsche Bank and Roland Berger strategy consultants, consortium Rotsčajld and NM Rotsčajld and Sons, consortium Meril Linč and Raiffeisen investments, consortium Credit Swiss First Boston, Dewy Ballantine and Dražić, Beatović and Partners, consortium Goldman Sasch and CA IB Corporate finance, as well as the bidder that is not part of any consortium - BNP Paribas SA.
The commission has decided not to accept requests for qualification of bidder Geoffreys International, because it was determined that it did not meet qualification requirements, as well as qualification of company Capitol Consulting Group, of which request for qualification was not taken into consideration by the Commission for it did not deliver the offer in the way qualification documentation regulated.
The bidders who entered the final round will receive request for delivery of offers, which will be examined by the Commission in the second phase of restrictive procedure. The criterion for selection in the second phase of restrictive procedure will be the most favourable offer.
