Bulgarian "Kaolin" interested in takeover of quartz sand mine "Belorečki peščar"

- Tender documentation for privatization of quartz sand mine "Belorečki peščar", a part of Mining Smelter Basin (RTB) "Bor", was purchased by only one company prior to the legal deadline - people from the Privatization Agency told "Novosti".

However, although the people in the Agency did not reveal the name of that company, according to unofficial information, the documentation for privatization of "Belorečki peščar" was bought by Bulgarian company "Kaolin", which already owns quartz mine in Zaječar's village of Rgotina in Serbia.

The starting price for "Belorečki peščar" is 1m EUR, and the future owner will be obliged to invest 1.2m EUR in it and keep all 120 workers.
