Public and block shelters offered for rent in 25 towns of Serbia

The PE Sklonista has put 155 public and block shelters up for rent in 25 towns and municipalities of Serbia.

They are located in Belgrade, Sabac, Uzice, Cacak, Trstenik, Pirot, Obrenovac, Novi Sad, Nis, Novi Becej, Mladenovac, Lucani, Krusevac, Kraljevo, Kragujevac, Zrenjanin, Jagodina, Gornji Milanovac, Bor, Pancevo, Backa Palanka, Bor, Subotica and Sremska Mitrovica.

The initial rent prices range from 59 to 513 dinars per square meter, VAT not included.

The PE Sklonista has also put 10 garage spaces in Novi Sad and one in Novi Becej up for rent.

Bids for the shelters may be submitted by March 16.
