Italian company A2A has bought 2m stocks of Coal Mine Pljevlja on Montenegrin stock exchange "Montenegroberza" for 19m EUR.

By purchasing 39.5% of stocks, A2A has become the majority owner of Pljevlja-based mine.

According to the data provided by the Central Depository Agency, the state owns 31.1% of stocks of the coal mine, Croatian Postal Bank owns 1.8%, while the rest is in the possession of physical persons.

Italian company A2A is also the owner of nearly 50% of Montenegrin "Electric Power Company".
