"Šumadijsko belo" and "Šumadijsko crveno" - two new wines from Wine cellar "Radovanović" in special "bag-in-box" packaging
Wine cellar "Radovanović" presented two new wines today (December 10, 2009) in special "bag-in–box" packaging of five liters, the first of the kind in our market. Wines "Šumadisjko belo" and "Šumadijsko crveno" will be available to the buyers in market chain "Metro Cash&Carry", which has signed the contract with Krnjevo-based wine cellar on direct cooperation.
- "Bag-in-box" packaging has numerous advantages over glass bottles, and it should be pointed out that the packaging is 30% lighter and significantly cheaper, which ensures lower price of product, as well as protection from oxidation process - said Ivan Kovačević, the Drinks Purchase Manager in company "Metro Cash&Carry", on the occasion of the presentation of wines in the trade center in Zemun.

According to his words, wine in "bag-in-box" packaging remains fresh up to six weeks after it is opened, the packaging is simple to open, and it is also very practical from the aspects of logistics, transportation, preservation and storing.
Miodrag Radovanović, the owner of the wine cellar, said that the quantity of new wine was limited, that is, that 35,000 liters are planned to be sold by the end of year 2009.
