Simpler and quicker communication in Tax Administration - "Algotech" delivered and installed equipment for contact center
Company "Algotech", the first integrator of solutions for contact centers in central and east Europe, has delivered and installed the equipment for contact center in the Tax Administration of Serbia.
- The aim of this business project is to raise the level of services that the citizens and the economy of Serbia can obtain from the Tax Administration. New contact center should simplify and accelerate communication and lower the expenditures of both Tax Administration and tax payers - it is stated in the announcement by "Algotech".
- "Algotech" has installed up-to-date equipment for the multimedia contact center, which will, once it is integrated with the existing system, make it possible for all of us to do the majority of our tax payment activities and other obligations without having to go to the window, that is, by speaking to the operators or voice machine on the phone. Contact center will also offer the possibility of e-mail communication, and the operators will be replying to the mails and, thus, improve the overall efficiency of the system - said Zoran Došlić, the Sales Manager in company "Algotech".
Thanks to this, technologically extremely advanced communication platform, which is installed on the first three locations in Belgrade, the employees of Tax Administration are enabled to use state-of-the-arts communication thanks to IP telephony, Internet wireless phone system, web-based "softphone" applications and integration with mobile telephones. Transfer of calls between the locations is becoming simple and free of charge. All necessary changes and supplements to the system can be realized in much quicker and easier way than before, while adding of the new locations of Tax Administration to the system will be done in the simplest possible manner.
- What we find the most important is the fact that this contact center, following the completion of the second phase, will help all the citizens of Serbia to reduce the time they spend communicating with the Tax Administration. They will be able to submit enquiries and receive replies through several communications channels. In that way, the Tax Administration will become a modern service available to the citizens - Zoran Vasić, the Assistant to the CEO of the Tax Administration of Serbia, added.
