Real estate and heating equipment stock up for sale in Svilajnac

Property of the Svilajnac-based company Dzoni Kom has been put up for sale through the method of a public collection of bids.

The offer consists of seven lots, the first and the most valuable of which includes the management building in Svilajnac with a central warehouse and inventory, on close to 2,000 m2, with an estimated liquidation value of around RSD 47.4 million.

The remaining lots consist of the equipment and the stock of this company in bankruptcy, whose core activity was the trade of heating equipment.

Closed bids are submitted personally to the bankruptcy supervisor no later than February 14, at 10.45 am, and the public opening is scheduled for the same date, at 11 am, at the management building of the Gosa Holding Corporation in Smederevska Palanka.
