Navip selling wine production buildings and equipment in Petrovaradin

Navip ad Beograd is selling a part of its property in Petrovaradin through the method of public bidding. The subject of the sale are two lots. The first one includes movable and immovable property, including wine production equipment. The second one consists of immovable property in the Bukovacki Put location.

The estimated value of the first lot is RSD 96,597,270.64, whereas the second lot is worth RSD 53,932,579.20.

The deposit needs to be paid by January 28, 2020. The public bidding will be held on February 3, 2020.
