"Novartis" to deliver 3m vaccines - contract signed with Republic Health Insurance Institute (RZZO)

- The Republic Health Insurance Institute (RZZO) has signed the tender contract with Swiss pharmaceutical company "Novartis" on purchase of 3m vaccines against new flu - people from the Institute told Tanjug.

Pharmaceutical company "Novartis", of which agent in Serbia is "Jugohemija", was the only company with complete documentation on the tender, and it offered the vaccine against A H1N1 virus at the price of 799 RSD (8 EUR) per dose. Once the contract is signed, total of 500,000 vaccines should be delivered to Serbia prior to mid-December at the latest. Remaining 2.5m vaccines will be delivered in three shipments - January 30th, February 27th, and March 20th.
