Total of 2 billion RSD for "Inex" building - City of Belgrade and public utility company "Gradska čistoća" together at auction

The Privatization Agency announced that the building of company "Inex", of which value was estimated at about 2 billion RSD, would be offered for sale today (November 13, 2009). The building has the surface of 12,000 square meters, and it is a part of the property of company "Inex interexport" in bankruptcy. The building will be offered for sale in the package with an apartment in Ilije Stojadinovića Street and passenger automobile "zastava yugo", and total estimated value of that "package" is 1.99 billion RSD.
Office space at 165 square meters within the building of "Inex", of which estimated value is 39.1m RSD, will also be offered for sale at the same auction, as well as business facilities in Vršac whose value is estimated at 10m RSD.
The estimated value is neither a minimal acceptable value nor binding in any other way.
According to the announcements, the offer for purchase of the building will be submitted by the City of Belgrade and public utility company "Gradska čistoća" in order to move all city services to that building.
The Mayor of Belgrade, Dragan Đilas, said recently that the compromise solution had been found for the building to be bought from the part of the profit of public companies in order for the citizens of Belgrade to be able to do all the administrative works at one place.
