"Dream House" project among the best in the world - PR awards for "Executive Group" and company "Holcim Serbia"

At the 2009 Golden World Awards ceremony of the International Public Relations Association (2009 IPRA Golden World Awards), which was held in London on October 30th, the representatives of company "Holcim Srbija" and "Executive Group" were handed awards for the "Dream House" sponsorship project. Among 342 projects and 126 finalists from 42 countries, aforementioned project was the best in the sponsorship category.

The International Public Relations Association selects and awards the best examples of PR practice in the world for the 18th consecutive year. The jury made of world-renowned and experienced PR experts made sure that everything stays that way.

- The fact that we had large number of applied projects this year, in spite of the current economic situation, speaks enough of the reputation and prestige of the Golden World Award of the International PR Association. It is a real pleasure to see the projects of remarkable quality coming from the countries where the development of PR profession has just started - said Michael Regester, the President of this year's jury.

Maja Dželatović, the Marketing and Communication Manager of "Holcim Srbija", said that that company had recognized the real opportunity, carefully thought about it, planned, and then implemented the integrated campaign, which had inevitably led to success.

- This award is the evidence that the communication projects in Serbia are at the world's highest level - said Dželatović while receiving the award.

- IPRA Award is the crown of the successful year behind us since several joint projects of company "Holcim Srbija" and agency "Executive Group" have already been awarded by both Serbian and international public - Darko Matijašević, the CEO of "Executive Group", added.

The "Dream House" sponsorship project also won this year's SABRE Award for the territory of Europe, Middle and Near East and Africa in category "Building Industry and Development". Significant global and regional awards were preceded by the award of the domestic expert public who also recognized the quality of the "Dream House" sponsorship project. The PR Association of Serbia declared that project as the best in the category of Integrated Campaign. On that occasion, "Executive Group" won the title of "The Agency of the Year".
