The idea that the body is a temple and that a cult of a perfect complexion is developing has been brought to Serbia by Korean cosmetics, a presentation of which was organized by the Trade Department of the Embassy of South Korea in Serbia. A total of ten brands based on natural ingredients were presented.

Korean women have strict care rituals that are taught in early childhood. The process entails ten steps, from face cleaning with a special preparation and foam, through peeling, the use of toners, essence oils, serums, masks, to facial creams and creams for the eye area, and special attention is paid to sun protection.

Journalist Danijela Buzurovic, who moderated the event, believes that the situation in Serbia is different. She says for eKapija that, in addition to basic hygiene, it is very important to pay attention in choosing the right products.

– Lack of time is really not an excuse, because everyone has time to wash their face, clean it with a tonic or micellar water and then apply cream. Peeling can be done once a week. That's my routine. I like to try out products coming from the East, as well as local products, and French cosmetics should not be forgotten either.

Korean cosmetics can be found in France, Germany, USA and now in Serbia. This country has a multitude of cosmetics brands, some of which have been selected for the Serbian market.

– Serbia is not a large market when it comes to cosmetics, but is the leading market in this region. For Korean companies, Serbia is the indicator of the region's market and many of them want to start developing this market from here – Sun Gi Li, the director of the Trade Department of the Embassy of South Korea, said for our portal.

Female guests at the event could have their facial skin analyzed on the spot and were provided with advice about how to take care of their facial skin. Actor and TV presenter Marija Veljkovic Milovanovic talked about her skin care habits, and the guests from Korea said that the way we take care of our skin before we turn 30 determines its condition later in life.

– I wish you all to stay forever young. In addition to cosmetics and care, good energy is another condition for you to be beautiful and healthy – Sun Gi Li concluded.
