As announced, this is nearly 100 candidates more compared to the previous year, when 275 general and pediatric nurses and medical technicians applied. The next round of applications through Triple Win will open in early December, whereas the selection of the candidates is planned for the beginning of 2020.
Triple Win is the only project which is the result of the international agreement of Serbia and Germany and it exclusively mediates in employing medical nurses and technicians. Candidates pay no compensation for mediating, nor does the project make a profit in Serbia, as all costs of the project are handled by the German employers.
Application is done exclusively through the National Employment Service, which records all the applications and checks if the job contract offered to the candidates meets all the legal requirements in line with the Serbian law.
All the employers oblige to guarantee the same employment conditions for Serbian citizens as for people who already work in Germany, by contract.
In addition to Serbia, Triple Win operates in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Philippines.
