"Mr. Bricolage" hypermarket to be opened in mid-December

- The first facility from French "do-it-yourself" hypermarket chain "Mr. Bricolage", worth 9m EUR, will be opened in the first half of December in Niš - Belgrade-based company "Brico spec" announced.

- The hypermarket where tools, building materials and equipment will be sold occupies the surface of 5,800 square meters, and there is also a parking lot with 180 parking places in front of the facility - investor "Brico spec", which operates within company "Doverie Brico", announced.

The Director General of company "Brico spec", Milen Hristov, said that the selection of 75 people who would be employed in that hypermarket had been finished, and he added that they were attending specialized training programmes for the new jobs at the moment.

Hristov said that the construction of the facility had been completed and that the equipping of the interior would be finished by the end of November.

- The plan is that the company opens another four "Mr. Bricolage" hypermarkets in Serbia - said Hristov.

People from French hypermarket chain "Mr. Bricolage" announced in June, when the foundation stone was laid for the hypermarket in Niš, that five facilities worth 40m EUR would be opened in Serbia within the next three years.

"Doverie Brico", of which member is Belgrade-based "Brico Spec", has ten-year contract on franchising with mother company "Mr. Bricolage".
