New public invitation for sale of thread and yarn manufacturer Dunav in Grocka – Price halved

The Ministry of Economy has opened the public invitation for the sale of the capital of Dunav a.d. Grocka, through the method of collection of public bids.

The state share package, amounting to 24.5% of the company's total capital, has been offered.

The total capital of the Grocka-based company, which produces thread and yarn, has been estimated at around EUR 3.5 million, and the initial price for the offered shared package is 50% of this amount, that is, EUR 424,705.

The opening of the bids is scheduled for November 12, 2019.

The initial price has been halved from the previous attempt at a sale in August 2019.

Dunav Grocka has been put up for sale unsuccessfully several times so far.
