Jugoremedija put up for sale again through direct bidding method

The Jugoremedija pharma factory is still looking for a new owner. The bankruptcy debtor has been put up for sale again as a legal entity, through the method of direct bidding.

The subject of the sale is once again the pharma factory in Zrenjanin, with the accompanying equipment, intellectual property – 24 trademarks, motor vehicles, inventory and stock. The value has been estimated at RSD 3,813,531,357.07, and participation in the sales procedure costs RSD 12 million.

The public sale will be held on November 4, 2019, at 11.15 am, that is, 15 minutes after the expiration of the bid submission deadline.
