Former PIK Industrija Mesa Kikinda, shopping mall in Sombor and equipment for discount stores and markets up for sale

The bankruptcy supervisor has advertised the 14th sale of the property of the Novi Sad-based company Ziper through a public collection of bids. Up for sale is the movable and immovable property consisting of 7 lots.

The offer consists of real estate in Kikinda (former PIK Industrija Mesa Kikinda) of 17,000 m2, including a discount store of 1,000 m2 with access from the street and a parking lot. The estimated value is RSD 403,618,479.

Also up for sale is the shopping mall in Sombor of 4,891.35 m2, whose estimated value is RSD 256,355,838.

The offer also includes equipment for mega discount stores and markets and equipment for meat packing plants.

Bids may be submitted by November 15, 2019.
