Ivanjicki Konaci, a piece of paradise 180 km away from Belgrade – Pool with wellness and spa center soon

The Ivanjicki Konaci complex, which has existed since 2012, is visited by more and more guests each year, and there is also an increasing number of foreign tourists. Over 100 various fruit trees have been planted on this property and made available to guests. The biggest indicator of success, they say, are the guests which keep coming back.

Ivanjicki Konaci has 12 apartments, 23 beds, and the maximum capacity is 37 people. It is often called “a piece of paradise” only 180 kilometers away from Belgrade.

– As for additional features, we have an outdoor pool and an outdoor playground for children. We also organize field trips – Ana Andrejev Velickovic of Ivanjicki Konaci says for eKapija.

A zip line has also been installed recently and should be made available to guests in mid-October.

– Hadzi-Prodan's Cave, which has great historical and archaeological value has recently opened for visitors. It is located 1.5 kilometers away from Ivanjicki Konaci. Our guests most frequently visit the monasteries Studenica, Kovilje and Klisura, the Uvac canyon, Golija, Javor and Mucanj – Ana says.

In 2014, they won the Turisticki Cvet (Tourist Flower) award, the highest acknowledgment in the field of tourism, in the category of private accommodation.

– In the meantime, we haven't raised our prices, but we've done our best to raise the level of services, expanded out accommodation capacities, increased the number of employees and together won another Tourist Flower in 2018, this time in the category of accommodation facilities.

This August, they expanded the parking area and secured it with video cameras.

– We plan to build an indoor pool with a wellness and spa center and to start producing organic food – Ana says.
