What do managers in Serbia see as the biggest risk to doing business?

The analysis titled Regional Risks for Doing Business 2019 is a part of an annual report on competitiveness, based on a survey of the managers of the largest companies in each individual state. The subjects of the survey are presented with a table of 30 global risks and asked to chose five risks which they believe pose the greatest danger to business operations in the next ten years.
Failure of national governance is cited as the second biggest risk in Serbia, followed by unemployment or underemployment, interstate conflict and profound social instability.
Managers in the leading EU economies believe that cyberattacks are the biggest threat, followed by asset bubble and interstate conflict, despite the absence of armed conflict in Europe.
