No interest in Tehnohemija – No bids sent for purchase of supplier of construction, metal and textile industries

The Ministry of Economy has announced that no potential buyer has submitted a bid for the purchase of the capital of Tehnohemija Belgrade, a producer and trader of chemical and technical goods.

Under the terms of the public invitation, the bid submission deadline was September 25, but no bids had been sent before that date.

This August, the Ministry of Economy opened the public invitation for bids for the sale of 46.8% of the company's shares.

The company was founded back in 1951 as an industrial service for supplying protective working equipment and water insulation products.

For decades, it has been a leading supplier of construction, metal and textile industries, trade companies and public companies.
