The 20th Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles was held in China, with over 1,770 alcoholic beverages from 59 countries of the world in competition.
– The entire rakija production of the Zaric Distillery is based on a good, solid combination between the tradition, experience and modern technology. We added modern technology and knowledge to the old, original recipes of the Povlenka rakija.
As the press release says, in its current production, the Zaric Distillery uses the most modern equipment for fermentation, distilling, maturing, stabilization and filtering, and the production process ends with an automatic filling facility, where bottles are closed and labeled as well.
The entire internal transport process, from getting healthy, ripe fruits to the bottling, uses the Inox automatic closed system.
– The top quality equipment and the expert workforce have created the conditions for the production of rakija in line with the high European standards. In order for the connection of the modern technology and the tradition to be full, there are oak barrels of the total volume of 500,000 liters – they say.
As Tanjug reports, the Zaric Distillery and the Chinese company Golden Day signed an agreement worth USD 1 million on the export of the Serbian manufacturer's rakija to China, and the cooperation agreement was signed at the fair.
The signing of the agreement was attended by Serbian Mining and Energy Minister Aleksandar Antic, who said that the cooperation agreement was great news, especially for Serbian food industry businesses.
