Production hall and equipment of Fabrika Sedista Priboj up for sale – Value estimated at RSD 109.8 million

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put movable and immovable property of Fabrika Sedista Priboj up for sale through the method of public collection of bids.

For the fourth time, the offer includes a lot in Raca consisting of building land of 1.98.89 hectares, a production hall of 6,822 m2 and other facilities, such as the head office building, a wood processing facility, a coal facility... and there’s also movable equipment in the form of equipment and machines, as well as 22 shares of the company.

The property has been estimated at around RSD 109.8 million, but, as the ad states, this is not the minimum acceptable price.

The bid submission deadline is October 10, 2019, at noon. Bids should be sent at the Agency’s address, and the public opening is scheduled for the same date, at 12.15 pm, at the same address.
