First shopping park in Krusevac to open on September 26

Krusevac and its area will soon get a new shopping center, as the official opening of the Krusevac Shopping Park is scheduled for September 26, 2019.

Let us remind that this is the first shopping park in Krusevac and its area. The investment is worth around EUR 12 million and will create 250 new jobs. The total lease area takes up 9,000 m2 and can be expanded. An excellent combination of international and local brands will present its offer in 17 outlets, some of which will present themselves to the residents of this area for the first time.

The retail park is located in the southern part of Krusevac, at 37 Krfska Street, on the corner of Kneza Milosa Street and the Brus Road, a regional road which leads to the Kopaonik mountain, only 25 km away from the main state road. The area within the 45-minute radius has over 300,000 residents, who will be able to shop at affordable prices at this shopping park.

The Krusevac Shopping Park is characterized by excellent visibility and accessibility, is easily reachable by car and public transport, and the spacious parking lot provides close to 300 parking spaces.

As is well known, Nepi Rockcastle has some of the biggest shopping centers in its portfolio in Serbia, such as Kragujevac Plaza (GLA 22,292 m2) and Promenada Novi Sad (GLA 49,000 m2), also the biggest shopping center in Serbia.
