Shares of Tehnohemija Belgrade being sold

The Ministry of Economy of Serbia has opened a public invitation for taking part in the procedure of the public collection of bids and a public bidding for the purpose of the sale of the capital of Tehnohemija from Belgrade, a company for the production and trade of chemical and technical goods.

As stated in the invitation, all local and foreign legal and natural persons, as well as consortia of legal and/or natural persons, can take part in the privatization process.

The subject of the sale is a share package consisting of 480,326 shares. According to the report by the authorized valuer, the total estimated value of the capital amounted to EUR 16,568,035.13 on the date of December 31, 2018.

The initial price at the public bidding will be 100% of the estimated value of the capital up for sale as of December 31, 2018, that is, EUR 7,767,410.

The bid submission deadline is September 25, 2019, at noon. The public opening will be held on September 27, at noon, in the premises of the Ministry of Economy.
