All operators' prices in one place from September – Mobile and landline telephony, internet, television and service packages

From this September, comparative data on the prices of operators active in Serbia will be available on a special internet portal, announced the director of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL), Vladica Tintor.

– This will allow users to compare, for example, the prices of a mobile phone conversation in various packages, or internet speed, and pick the operator which suits them the most – Tintor told Vecernje Novosti.

According to him, the information on the ceneusluga.rs portal will be grouped into five categories – landline telephony, mobile telephony, internet, television and service packages.

When asked what the users complain the most about to RATEL, Tintor says that the complaints most frequently pertain to the quality of electronic communication services, such as the strength of the signal and the speed of data transfer.

They also complain about the bills issued by mobile operators pertaining to services such as roaming and added value services, the so-called VAS messages, he adds.

– A certain number of complaints pertains to the transfer of mobile and landline phone numbers from one operator's network to another's, phone decoding, contentious contract items... RATEL forms around 1,000 cases based on user complaints each year – Tintor says.
