Real Estate and Investment Fair "Belgrade Real Expo" at Belgrade Fair between November 5th and 7th

Real Estate and Investment Fair "Belgrade Real Expo" (BelRE) will be held between November 5th and 7th at the Belgrade Fair.

- BelRE will gather investors, building companies, landowners, architects, project managers, consulting companies, real estate agencies, and end-users - company DCG, the organizer of the Fair, announced.

Just like before, the Fair will be accompanied by a rich conference programme. The themes that will be discussed at the BelRE conference are as follows: situation in the real estate market in Serbia and the region, the crisis and how to overcome it, models of finance, city planning, urban management, connection between public and private capital and influence of such projects on development of entire cities. The speakers will be the representatives of institutions, investment advisers from the country and abroad, building companies, project managers, and the representatives of banks, insurance and leasing companies.

Guests and experts from abroad will present their experiences in resolving the problems of development of cities and regions. The guests from Austria, England, Italy and Greece who have already confirmed their participation prove that the interest in our market is still high.

Publication of the fourth issue of BelRE magazine, which is focused on real estate and investments in the Balkans, will be occasioned by the Fair. This magazine is bilingual, and it is present at all major real estate trade fairs in Europe (MIPIM, Expo Real, Real Vienna, RREF in Moscow, etc.).
